These terms govern your use of https://callsidekick.agency and any services provided by CallSidekick ("we", "us"). By using the site or our services you agree to them.

Our services

We build and manage automated customer review request systems for local businesses. The specific scope, price and term for each client is set out in a separate written agreement or proposal.

Client responsibilities

• Give us accurate business information and the access we need to set the system up.
• Hold valid consent from your own customers to contact them by text or email.
• Comply with applicable law, and with the policies of Google and of mobile carriers.

Messaging terms

• Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
• Message frequency varies.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Review platform compliance

Our systems request reviews from every customer using neutral wording. We do not filter requests by expected sentiment, offer incentives in exchange for reviews, or write reviews on a client's behalf. We cannot guarantee any particular number of reviews or any rating, because reviews are written by your customers and published at the platform's discretion.

Fees

Fees, billing frequency and notice periods are set out in your agreement with us. Fees already paid are non refundable unless that agreement says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The content of this website belongs to CallSidekick. Configurations we build inside a client's own platform account remain accessible to that client.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.

Termination

Either party may end the engagement in line with the notice period in the applicable agreement. On termination we stop the automated messaging we manage for you.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
