How it works

1. A job finishes, an appointment completes, or a payment goes through.
2. A short text message goes to that customer with a one tap link to your Google review page.
3. If they do not respond, one polite reminder follows a few days later. Only one.
4. Separately, we ask privately how the job went, so you hear about problems before the public does.

We ask every customer

Google prohibits selectively asking only the customers you expect to be positive. We send the same request to everyone, with neutral wording. Your profile stays safe and the reviews you collect are real.
