Google review automation

We build an automated system inside a customer relationship management platform that sends a review request to every one of your customers after their job or appointment is complete.

Service recovery alerts

After the review request has gone out, we ask each customer privately how the job went. If somebody is unhappy, you are notified the same day with their name and number so you can call them. You hear about the problem instead of reading about it in public.

Setup and ongoing management

Setup covers connecting your Google Business Profile, configuring the messages in your business voice, registering your messaging with United States carriers, and testing the whole sequence end to end before it touches a real customer. After launch we monitor delivery and adjust the timing and wording.

When you are a customer of one of our clients, you may receive a review request text after your appointment or completed job, and one reminder if you do not respond. These messages come from that business, using a number registered to them.

Messages we send to our own prospects and clients

If you give us your mobile number and consent through a form on this website or the chat widget, we may text you about your enquiry, appointment reminders, service updates and occasional promotional offers about our services.
