About CallSidekick
CallSidekick is a small agency that builds automated review request systems for local service businesses in the United States.
What we do
We work with one narrow problem: local businesses that deserve more Google reviews than they have. We build and run the system that asks, then we stay on to keep it working. We do not sell software licences and we do not ask clients to learn a new tool.
How we work
Every client gets their own system, configured to how their business actually operates. A dental practice triggers requests when an appointment is marked complete. A plumber triggers them when the job is closed out. The mechanics differ, the principle does not.
Who runs it
CallSidekick is operated by Johanna Schmidt. Because we work with clients across United States time zones, most calls and support happen during US business hours.
